Can you work with my business remotely?
Yes. Silk works remotely with businesses worldwide. Pricing is shown for your detected market where a published package is available; other markets receive a written proposal.
Do I have to choose one of the concepts?
No. The collection is a useful starting point. You can request a different direction, which we scope around your business and the work required.
How long will my website take?
We agree a delivery plan after reviewing the scope and available content. Review turnaround, additional integrations and missing material can affect that plan.
What will I pay, and when?
Your written quote confirms the total and payment stages before work starts. Published package prices and current promotional terms are on the pricing page. No payment is taken when you submit a brief.

Yes. We can connect a domain you control as part of the agreed launch. We confirm access and any existing website or email settings before making changes.
What happens after launch?
Choose the agreed Managed Website Care scope or a handover to your hosting. Stores, custom apps and third-party subscriptions may need a separately scoped support plan.
