The project planner

The planner runs in your browser. We have not connected it to a submission database or analytics service. Your entries are not sent to Silk by filling in the fields, and this site does not save them in browser storage.

When you choose “Open brief in WhatsApp”, your brief is included in a WhatsApp link. Opening that link shares the included text with WhatsApp; you review and send the message there. WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy practices apply. Downloading your brief creates a text file on your device.

When you contact Silk

If you send an enquiry, Silk receives the information you choose to share, such as your WhatsApp contact details, business name and project requirements. We use it to respond, discuss scope and manage the resulting conversation. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal records in a project brief.

Hosting and external links

This site is hosted with ChatGPT Sites. The hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address and request details to deliver, secure and operate the site. We have not added advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Links to WhatsApp take you to a separate service.
